Zakaria Islam Lizli, is a lifelong animal lover who has been surrounded by pets since a very young age. He is currently a veterinary technician at Montreal Road Animal Hospital. Zak earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2017 from the University of Saad Dahleb 1 in Algeria. He has over four years of experience as a wildlife veterinarian in a zoo and later worked at Petsville, a leading pet hotel in Dubai, where he gained valuable insight into canine behavior and handling. An experienced horseback rider, Zak also worked closely with horses, combining his professional and personal passion for animals. Now based in Canada, he brings a broad, international background and a deep commitment to compassionate, high-quality animal care.
